Note:

Aljancic Park is located at 711 E Broad St Louisville OH 44641.

The pavilion rental fee is charged only to assure the availability of pavilion on the date and times requested. The rest of the surrounding area is, and remains, free and open to the public. No fee is being charged to utilize and enjoy the overall benefits of the park. Every effort will be made to have pavilions ready for your use. However, because our parks are free and open to the public, we cannot guarantee cleanliness as well as limitations including weather on overall park maintenance.
- The listed renter is responsible to see that his/her guests follow all park rules.
- Sale of any item from the pavilion is not permitted without the prior written approval of the City of Louisville. Profit sales are strictly prohibited.
- The listed renter is responsible for any and all damages caused to the pavilion by the renter or the renter's guests as a result of the activity at the pavilion on the date and/or times shown above.
- All pavilion rentals are from dawn until dusk.
- Wildwood pavilions require keys to access kitchen and restroom areas. Please contact the park office for the key the week prior to your rental. 330.875.2266 ext 304 or 1022 W Main St Louisville OH 44641. After your rental, lock the restrooms, shut off electric, and return the keys to the blue drop box located at 1022 W Main St. Failure to return the keys will result in loss of your deposit.

Rules:
- No ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES allowed.
- NO inflatables of any type permitted at parks or pavilion rentals.
- No live/amplified or loud music without written approval from the City of Louisville at least 30 days prior to event.
- All dogs must be kept on a leash of no longer than 10 feet and under your control.
- Park vehicles in places provided.
- Do NOT park or drive on the grass.
- No controlled substances or gambling.
- Tables may not be relocated.
- Shelters must be vacated before dusk.
- All Decorations, including tape, staples, and thumbtacks must be removed at the end of your rental period. - All rules and regulations enforced by City of Louisville shall apply to this rentable pavilion.
